Choosing the Correct Support Download

The ECC Remote Support portal provides different download options depending on the computer and operating system you are using.
In most cases, Windows computers will use the Windows 64-bit support application.
Other download options may be available for:
- Windows 32-bit
- macOS
- Linux
- Other supported systems
If you are not sure which option to choose, ask the East Carolina Computers technician assisting you before downloading anything.
