East Carolina Computers email accounts can be configured in Mozilla Thunderbird.

Add Your ECC Email Account

1. Open Thunderbird.
2. Go to Account Settings.
3. Choose Account Actions → Add Mail Account.
4. Enter your name, ECC email address, and email password.
5. Let Thunderbird attempt to detect the correct settings automatically.

If Automatic Setup Does Not Work

Do not guess at server names, ports, or security settings. Contact East Carolina Computers for the correct configuration for your account.

Test the Account

After setup, send yourself a test message and confirm that you can both send and receive email.
