Wi-Fi Problems
Last Updated 3 days ago
If your Wi-Fi connection is weak, unstable, or keeps disconnecting, start with these basic checks:
- Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on
- Move closer to the wireless router or access point
- Restart the computer
- Disconnect from the Wi-Fi network and reconnect
- Check whether other devices are having the same problem
- Restart the router if multiple devices are affected
Walls, distance, interference, and the placement of the router can all affect wireless performance.
If only one computer has problems while other devices work normally, the issue may be with that computer’s wireless adapter, drivers, or settings.
